Value Plus Crosses ₹750 Crore Revenue — 135 Stores Across North & Eastern India
Value Plus Retail Pvt. Ltd. has achieved a landmark annual turnover of ₹750 crore in FY2025, operating 135 stores across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, West Bengal, and Sikkim. From ₹100 crore in 2013 to ₹750 crore in 2025, Value Plus has delivered 7.5x revenue growth in 12 years — entirely in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, without a single store in a metro.
Chairman Mr. Anand Kumar Agarwal attributed the growth to the trust of North Indian consumers: “Rishta Vishwas Ka is not just a tagline — it is the foundation of every decision we make. Our customers in Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Dehradun, and Gangtok have trusted us for 18 years. This milestone belongs to them.”
Havells Platinum Award — International Ceremony in Norway
Value Plus Retail Pvt. Ltd. was presented the prestigious Havells Platinum Award at an international ceremony held in Norway in 2024. The award was signed by Mr. Anil Rai Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director, Havells India. This is one of the highest recognitions given by Havells to its retail partners globally and reflects Value Plus's consistent sales leadership across North India.
LG League of Titans 2.0 — Signed by Managing Director, LG Electronics India
LG Electronics India awarded Value Plus Retail Pvt. Ltd. the League of Titans 2.0 Award for 2024, signed by Mr. Hong Ju Jeon, Managing Director, LG Electronics India Private Limited. The award citation reads: “For being part of LG’s success over the years — we greatly appreciate and value our association.”
Value Plus Becomes No. 1 Regional Retail Chain in North India — 125 Stores, ₹500 Crore
By 2023, Value Plus had grown to 125 stores with a ₹500 crore annual turnover, cementing its position as the No. 1 Regional Retail Chain in North India. The same year, Haier India awarded Value Plus the All India Top Retail Partner award for 2023, and Haier Air Conditioning presented the Business Excellence Award 2023 with the citation ‘Forward Together — In Business & Beyond, We Rise Together.’
Bajaj Electricals AHA Club Excellence Award — International Ceremony in Baku, Azerbaijan
Bajaj Electricals Ltd. presented Value Plus Retail (P) Limited the AHA Club Excellence Award for outstanding performance in FY 2021-2022 at an international ceremony held in Baku, Azerbaijan in September 2022. 100 Stores Milestone — ₹350 Crore Annual Turnover
Value Plus reached the milestone of 100 stores with an annual turnover of ₹350 crore, consolidating its position as the leading regional consumer electronics retailer in North India. The Buy & Win lucky draw scheme continued to delight customers across all store locations, with prizes including cars, motorcycles, LED televisions, and home theatre systems.
Buy & Win 2018 Lucky Draw — Winners Announced
On 22 January 2019 at Value Plus Head Office, Noida, Chairman Mr. Anand Kumar Agarwal and Director Mr. Mudit Agarwal announced the winners of the Buy & Win 2018 Lucky Draw. Prizes included 2 cars, 50 bikes, 100 LED Televisions, 200 mobile phones, and 1,000 home theatres. The event was broadcast live on Value Plus social media channels. Buy & Win 2019 was simultaneously launched, running from 1 January to 31 December 2019.
