Extended Warranty for Appliances (OnsiteGo)

For home appliances — air conditioners, washing machines, televisions and other large and small appliances — you can opt for an OnsiteGo extended warranty that continues cover after the manufacturer's warranty ends. This is an optional, paid plan, and it is separate from the free OneAssist extended warranty that comes with every phone.

What OnsiteGo extended warranty offers

• Extended cover: replicates the manufacturer's warranty for up to 4 additional years on qualifying products (total manufacturer + extended warranty not exceeding 5 years).
• Cashless & all-inclusive: costs of repairs, labour, transportation and taxes are covered — no hidden charges.
• Free pick & drop or at-home repairs by trained technicians using genuine spare parts.
• Repair-or-replace assurance: if a device cannot be repaired in the promised time, OnsiteGo provides a replacement or gift card as per the plan terms.
• Minimal paperwork: a copy of the purchase invoice with the serial/IMEI number is all that is needed to raise a service request.
