Can I get no-cost EMI?
No-cost EMI offers run on selected products and cards during certain periods. Check current offers or confirm in-store.
Do I need a credit card for EMI?
Not always — besides credit-card EMI, finance-partner options may be available subject to eligibility and documentation. Our staff will guide you.
What documents are needed for finance?
Typically ID and address proof, and details required by the lender. Requirements depend on the finance partner; staff will share the current checklist.
Exchange Offers
Can I exchange my old appliance or phone?
Yes — exchange offers run on many categories. The exchange value depends on the item’s make, model and condition. Ask in-store for an on-the-spot estimate.
Does exchange reduce the price immediately?
Yes — the approved exchange value is adjusted against your new purchase price.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?

Is there any extra charge for EMI?
For standard (non-no-cost) EMI, interest is charged by your card issuer or lender as per their terms. No-cost EMI removes the interest component on eligible offers.
