What are the shipping charges on products?
Value Plus offers free shipping within India on all products.
How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
We attempt to process every order and ship within 48 hrs. Depending upon your location within India, post ordering this should take overall 3-7 working days to get delivered. Working days exclude public holidays and sundays.
What will be the mode of delivery?
We partnered with Blue Dart courier for shipment of products in India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.
What all products can be delivered in UP, India ?
All our products available at Value Plus Website can be delivered anywhere in Uttar Pardesh, India.
Can I ship anywhere in India ?
Yes, we also have specific product range for All over India delivery which includes Mobile Phone & accessories, Camera, Tablets, Computer Accessories, Personal Care Products & small household products.
We cannot deliver heavy weight products like Air Conditioners, Coolers, Refrigerator, Home theatre, Televisions etc. outside Uttar Pradesh.
Can I ship internationally?
Yes, We can ship internationally to all major countries. Appropriate shipping cost will be charged for the same.
Are Electronics (Mobiles, Cameras, Laptops, etc.) purchased online covered by warranty?
All Electronics sold on Value Plus are come with 100% Genuine Manufacturer Warranty & are serviceable at the corresponding brand's Authorized Service Center(s) in India, unless specified otherwise.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your non-electronics items ( i.e. except Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops) via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. If your order contains an electronics item (Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops) we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
What about hidden costs (any taxes)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from Value Plus. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate ie. account details, billing address, password(in case net banking)
- Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 24 hrs. You can get in touch with Customer Care with your order number or email on [email protected] for any clarifications.
How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Value Plus and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Can I cancel the order after it is placed?
While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with any Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify an order until it has gone into processing, for which you should get in touch with Customer Care or mail to [email protected]
How can I cancel ordered product or replace the ordered product on Value Plus?
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped from our warehouse, your entire amount will be refunded. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where wrong product is dispatched to you or any manufacturing defect found , do follow the following procedure.
a) Mail the details regarding your product to [email protected] within 48 hrs
b) Your final product will be dispatched within next 5-7 days after the returned product will reach to us.
Ordering & Tracking
How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Value Plus. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.
How can I track my product shipment?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider Blue Dart or any other service provider ( as per availability) In order to track the order:
Go to website- http://www.bluedart.com or any other specified service providers website to track the shippiment.
Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the Tracking section of the left panel. A window with the status pops up.
If your order status shows transit: Click on additional details. Details such as where your order has reached can be viewed.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from Value Plus once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
What do the different order status mean ?
Order Confirmation : We have received your order and your payment from the payment gateway. It will be processed as per your given details.
Order Shipped : Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Order Canceled : The order was canceled.
Payment Pending Authorization : Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
Payment Failed : We have not received your order and you need to try again to place the order.
When and how can I cancel an order ?
You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order shipped" state. You can do so by sending us an email via our Contact Us Form with the order number.
How do I redeem a coupon?
You can redeem the coupons while you buy the product. Here is how you can redeem it:
Select the design, product style, and quantity.
Click on 'add to cart'. A page with the sections 'discount coupon section' and 'your shopping cart' will appear. The 'discount coupon' section is for redeeming the discount, while the details of order will be shown in the 'your shopping cart' section.
Type the coupon code in the 'discount coupon section' and click redeemed. The amount value changes in 'your shopping cart' section.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately).
Value Plus will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your Value Plus order/account.
In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.
Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale, but you can contact us customer support and we will let you know once it is available for sale at Value Plus.
Is it necessary to have a Value Plus account to shop?
While it is not necessary to have a Value Plus account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop by providing just your email ID.
